The McMinnville Wine & Food Classic – Sip! is one of McMinnville’s most celebrated community events, proudly benefiting St. James Catholic School. Held each spring in the beautiful Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum, this three-day festival brings together Oregon’s finest wineries, breweries, distilleries, and culinary artisans for an unforgettable tasting experience.

Since its founding in 1993, the Wine & Food Classic has been organized by dedicated volunteers and supporters of St. James School. Every ticket sold helps sustain our mission of providing a faith-based, high-quality education for children in our community.
